Catarina began her career in finance in 2014, as a Registered Client Associate at Merrill Lynch. She joined IHT Wealth Management in 2016 as an Onboarding Consultant. She is now the Chief Development Officer at IHT, where she leads advisor onboarding and guides the seamless transition of their books of business to the firm. With more than 10 years at IHT, Catarina plays a key role in the firm’s day-to-day operations, helping drive organizational efficiency, enhancing processes, and supporting continued growth. Catarina lives in Iowa City, Iowa with her husband, Tom, and their two sons.
