Cori is responsible for executing the firm’s strategic initiatives, overseeing day-to-day operations, and managing financial performance, compensation, and advisor recruitment. She works closely with advisors to ensure seamless transitions and long-term success.
With more than 14 years of experience supporting advisors, Cori is passionate about driving growth, optimizing business operations, and helping advisors achieve their goals.
Cori earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Arizona. Prior to co-founding IHT Wealth Management in 2014, she served as Business Manager to Steve Dudash and his investment team at Merrill Lynch in downtown Chicago. Her core strengths include leadership, operational discipline, and building high-impact advisor relationships.
Cori lives in Newport Beach, California, with her husband, Derek, and their daughter, Coco. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends, supports the Boys & Girls Clubs, and spends as much time as possible near the water.
