With over 20 years of experience in Compliance, Supervision and Risk Management, Leo brings with him a substantial understanding of the regulatory landscape in the financial industry. Leo began his career with Prudential as a Financial Planner and entered the world of Supervision and Compliance with Edward Jones and Wells Fargo Advisors, where he served as a VP, Sr. Compliance Officer for 7 years. Leo would go on to hold leadership positions at Scottrade, TD Ameritrade and Charles Schwab, where he led Supervision, Communications Compliance, IT Compliance, Licensing & Registrations and headed a Financial Crimes Risk Management team. Leo resides in St. louis with his wife Julie, 2 children Leo and Lily and their dog Moose.
