Jill is new to the financial industry, but brings with her vast knowledge and experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and recruiting. She is a graduate of Upper Iowa University. Jill is currently a Client Relationship Manager for David Barkley.

Catarina began her career in finance in 2014, when she joined a large team at Merrill Lynch as a Registered Client Associate. She joined IHT Wealth Management in October of 2016 as an Onboarding Consultant, helping advisors move their practice to IHT. She is now the Chief Development Officer at IHT, still onboarding new Advisors and their teams, and also helping to run the day to day operations at IHT.
Having completed over 130 Advisor transitions, she understands that every book of business is different and that it is important to build custom and streamlined transition plans for each advisor. Catarina’s primary goal is to be there for the Advisor through the entire process, always ensuring they know what to expect next and making sure they never feel like they are in over their head. She also works to ensure that existing advisors at IHT have the tools they need to run their businesses successfully, and also to accommodate their needs as they grow their businesses.
Perry W. Nafziger is a Wealth Management Advisor and an LPL Registered Principal. Perry has been providing independent financial services for over 18 years and currently holds a Series 7, 24 through LPL Financial and Series 66 through IHT Wealth Management, Florida Insurance License and is a Florida licensed Realtor.
He is the prior host of the long running popular radio show “Building Relationships That Last!†on WGUL radio that discussed topics such as retirement plans, wealth accumulation and distribution, and tax advantage plans.
Perry has been a frequent guest speaker at the Florida Assisted Living Association, Florida Health Care Association, Community Hospitals and Nursing Homes and a member of Rotary International and serves as a volunteer in numerous community events.

Dom has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare and education retirement services industry. In his years of experience, he has developed an attention for detail, good listening skills and the ability to make decisions that are in the best interests of his clients. He is a registered investment advisor representative with IHT Wealth Management and also holds his Life, Health and Variable annuity insurance licenses.
Dom was raised on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation in North Dakota and moved to Chicago in 1987. After a 30-year financial career with MetLife, he decided to continue his success with LPL Financial- Unique Wealth Strategies team in 2017. Hobbies include competing in running events, computer games and spending time with his family.

As a Client Relationship Manager, Mike partners with IHT advisors to grow their business and deliver excellent client service. He is responsible for client onboarding, cash management, trading, account maintenance, and investment management support. Mike takes pride in building long-lasting relationships and offering individualized financial solutions for clients, based on his in-depth knowledge of their financial situations and goals.
Mike has been working in the asset and wealth management space for four plus years. He started his career at JPMorgan in the Trusts and Estates Wealth Management group. Mike then moved to the JP Morgan Private Bank as an Investment Professional, where he supported four high net worth client advisors, working with some of the most sophisticated accounts in the Midwest. In the Private Bank, he gained experience working with both retail and institutional clients, while focusing on both maintaining and growing client relationships. Mike eventually joined IHT Wealth Management in August 2019 as a Client Relationship Manager.
Mike graduated from Purdue University with a major in Business Management and concentration in Finance. At Purdue, he earned Academic All-Big Ten Honors as a member of the baseball team. Mike grew up in the northwest suburbs of Illinois and currently resides in Chicago. Mike is current working on his CFA designation.
