Michael Glavin joined IHT in 2016. Mike’s focus at IHT is on holistic wealth planning to help clients build personal financial security. He holds himself to a fiduciary standard and is focused on building relationships and investment strategies.

He has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years. Mike spent 17 years on Wall Street at William Blair & Co. trading stocks for global institutions. He made the transition to Financial Advisor in 2014 with Aliquot Capital as Director of Investments. Mike is also life, health and disability insurance licensed.
Mike received his B.A. from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1996. He lives in the western suburbs with his wife and 2 children. Mike is actively involved in his community through such organizations as Rotary and he coaches multiple youth sports teams.
Born and raised in El Dorado, Jayme graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in communications. After living in Kansas City and Wichita, she returned to El Dorado where she now resides with her husband, Matt, and son, Charlie, born in 2008.
Ed has worked in financial services since earning his B.S.B.A. from Valparaiso University in 2004. As a designated Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor CRPC®, Ed’s main focus is helping individuals and families with all phases of retirement planning (wealth accumulation, income distribution, and estate planning.)
Ed follows a disciplined investment process for each of his clients. Your initial consultation begins with the most important step: listening to what’s most important to YOU and helping identify your investment goals and objectives. Next, he will develop a customized strategy based on your risk tolerance, time horizon, and liquidity needs. Once your strategy has been implemented, he will regularly review your progress to ensure your strategy remains on track. Ed’s passion is helping his clients turn their financial dreams into reality.
Bryan has served his clients in the financial services industry since 2008 he focuses on Retirement Income, Wealth Management, Maximizing Social Security, Tax Analysis, and Insurance. He works with clients to prioritize long-term objectives and seeks to maximize the efficiency of their investment portfolios.
Bryan grew up in western Kansas. While earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at Kansas State University, he had the privilege of managing the K- State baseball field.
In Bryan’s free time he enjoys spending time at the lake or simply outside working in the flower and vegetable gardens with his wife Carrie, and children Carlye (7), Tinley (5), and Kanon (2). He also coaches his daughters’ softball teams.

With 42 years of industry experience, he has experienced both challenging and rewarding market cycles and offers clients a seasoned perspective that empowers them to pursue their goals. Prior to becoming a financial advisor in 2004, he spent 22 years on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade operating a successful commodities brokerage firm.
When Tim is not working with clients, he spends time with his family, including his wife Katie and his six children. He also spends time coaching high school football at Loyola Academy and enjoys a wide variety of sports including, golf, biking, swimming and staying active through general fitness. Tim volunteers his time at Elyssa’s Mission, a foundation based on suicide prevention among young at-risk students, and has previously served on their board.
