Bev is a Client Services Manager for IHT Wealth Management, bringing her extensive client service experience in healthcare and various service-related settings to the financial industry. Committed to providing excellent client service, she employs strong communication, responsive follow-through and astute problem-solving skills. She also prides herself on developing long-term relationships, both with clients and within the financial advisory practice she supports.

Bev graduated from Indiana University with a BS degree in Finance, magna cum laude, and an MBA in Marketing and Health Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and binge-watching dramatic television series. Most recently, she expanded her hobbies to e-cycling, pickleball and canasta.

Allie Baird joined Jeff K. Ross Financial Services, LLC in March of 2016. She earned her BBA in Management with a Minor in Finance at Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University (WMU). As the Executive Assistant, Allie supports Jeff to serve their clients by processing client’s requests, monitoring transactions, account maintenance, review meeting preparation, and portfolio management. Since joining
Jeff K. Ross Financial Services, LLC, Allie has earned her Insurance License in Life, Accident and Health.

Her passion for golf, yoga, and camping contribute to her healthy, active lifestyle which she strongly values.

David Barkley is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist, AAMS, and has been working in the Securities Industry for over 20 plus years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience working with affluent families, business owners and individuals. He specializes in individual equities and retirement income planning. His passion is individual stocks and creating option strategies to create consistent income streams. He enjoys working directly with you, your business and your families to develop multi-generational strategies for building and preserving your wealth. David works directly with you to develop a customized disciplined wealth management strategy and plan for each client, their immediate family members, as well as, their children and their grandchildren.

David’s experience at the corporate executive level, as an entrepreneur and 10 years as an individual trader on the CBOE and CBOT exchanges, allows him to bring a very diverse background and skills, that enables him to have a greater understanding of your businesses and financial opportunities at every economic level from Generation X, millenniums and baby boomers.

On a personal level, David is married with 4 adult children and 2 children still at home. He has traveled for business and pleasure to all 50 states and 65 countries around the world. He enjoys the beach, golfing, boating and traveling.

Jorge I. Blanco is the Founder and President of Success Wealth Management, a boutique Wealth Management and Financial Planning firm in Tampa, FL.

He began his career in the financial services industry in 2002 at Ameriprise Financial, one of the top financial planning companies in the world. Over the first 9 years in his career he earned many of the firm’s top awards. While servicing a client base of 398 families, he worked as an Advisor Coach where he would mentor new advisors in the industry. He helped Ameriprise develop training modules and product presentations that were used to train new advisors across the country.

Although the years of experience in his leadership role helped Jorge become the advisor he is today, he found that his true passion lay in working with his clients. He stepped down from coaching and devoted 100% of his time working on his financial planning practice. In order to deliver the type of service his clients deserved, Jorge decided to reduce the number of families he personally worked with. In December 20th, 2010 Jorge founded Success Wealth Management and joined LPL Financial, the nation’s largest Independent Broker/Dealer (as reported by Financial Planning magazine, June 1996-2017, based on total revenue).

Coming from parents who were both Professors, education was instilled in Jorge’s upbringing. Jorge believes that in order to grow personally and professionally, we must continue to learn. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Financial Planning. He has also earned the prestigious professional designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner (CFP®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®), and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®).

In his youth, Jorge was an avid chess player. At the age of 16 he became Venezuela’s National Champion and competed in the Youth World Chess Championship in Bratislava, Slovakia where he ranked 42nd in the world. Today, Jorge enjoys playing competitive soccer, spending time with his wife and family, and exploring new places around the world.

She carries a strong background in customer service and her strengths include effective communication, organization of focused objectives as well as managing time and priorities effectively and providing a world-class experience for every client she works with. As a CRM at IHT, Anyssa is responsible for providing a seamless client onboard, account transactions, and relationship building. Anyssa is driven to help clients reach their financial goals by establishing a positive experience for her clients and committed to providing administrative support to her advisors in order to exceed expectations of IHT clients.

Anyssa graduated from DePaul University with a dual major in Marketing, Sales Leadership and Business Management. Although already graduated, she is committed to continue learning through experience, exposure and education and takes pride in receiving feedback as a gift. She is currently working on becoming FINRA licensed with her Series 7 and Series 66.

In her spare time, she enjoys running – whether it be on a track or the road and spending time with her family.
