Andrew learned the value of hometown service growing up in El Dorado and embodies that understanding through the service he provides clients. After realizing the confidence that can be achieved through proper planning, he decided that a career in the financial planning industry would be the best way he could give back to those around him. Andrew made this realization at the age of seventeen and subsequently spent the next summer as an intern for our firm. His resilience, devotion, and fine attention to detail has made him an excellent fit on our team. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Wichita State University and continues to expand the quality of our practice through education and experience.

While most of Andrew’s time is devoted to work, he does his best to spend his time outside of the office in meaningful and enjoyable ways. Andrew is a volunteer board member for Tri-County CASA Inc., a nonprofit devoted to advocating for abused and neglected children within the judicial system. When Andrew is finished working and volunteering, he enjoys spending time outdoors. Whether it be hiking, camping, fishing, or simply sitting in a backyard, Andrew enjoys the fresh air and beauty provided by the outdoors.

Paul is a born and raised Kansan. When not at the office crunching numbers, he enjoys time at home with his wife Ashley, his son, Ty (4) and daughter Lorelei (1). Beyond work and family time, he can be found serving his church, coaching his son’s tee-ball team, sitting around a fire-pit with trusted friends, crouched in a duck blind, or at just about any sporting event. Paul finds great fulfillment volunteering with God’s Army in Kansas City to revitalize the homes of people in need throughout the metro area.

After earning a Business degree from Kansas State University in 2006, Paul entered the Financial services industry and has been serving clients by providing financial planning advice and investment management. He attained the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠(CRPC®) designation in 2007 and utilizes his financial acumen to ensure families are making sound financial decisions. Paul’s areas of expertise include comprehensive financial planning, asset accumulation, retirement distributions, tax strategies, estate planning, investment management, and insurance planning. As an LPL Registered Principal, Paul is a Managing Partner and Financial Advisor with nVision Wealth.

Since becoming a financial advisor in 2004, Jeff has been serving a diverse clientele of individuals, families and small businesses by partnering with them to make smart financial decisions and become better stewards of their financial resources. He began his career in financial services in 1995, servicing 401(k) plans at a trust company and then spent eight years working with an executive benefits consulting firm before becoming a financial advisor. Jeff achieved the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠(CRPC®) designation which denotes an expertise in pre-and post-retirement planning needs, including: retirement income, personal savings, retirement plans, income taxes, asset management, and estate planning. He earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and BBA in Marketing Management from Loyola University Chicago.

Clients can expect Jeff to build trusted relationships that encourage communication and facilitate a lifelong financial partnership. Jeff uses a straightforward approach to planning that begins by listening to understand the client’s financial situation and life goals. This information is then used to design a holistic financial road map incorporating retirement and education funding goals, retirement income planning, investment strategies, insurance/risk management, and estate planning needs. Maintaining regular communication with clients allows Jeff to immediately address any concerns and make financial planning and investment adjustments, especially as they pass through different life events and stages.

An outgoing person who enjoys staying active and meeting new people, Jeff likes many outdoor sports and recreational activities, including hiking, running, and cycling. He has a personal goal of visiting and hiking in every U.S. National Park, many of which he and his family have already visited. Jeff, his wife Julie, and their five children (Jack, Tim, Renee, Aaron, and Joe) live in Northbrook, Illinois, and enjoy their time together as family.

Jeff believes in focusing some of his time on important community involvement and volunteering his time to local organizations, currently serving on the Young Life North Shore Parent Committee in a finance leadership role. He has also been continuously either leading or participating in various men’s church groups and has previously served in several leadership roles on church boards and committees over the years. Jeff has also been involved in school district related activities as the Treasurer of the Citizens for District 30 Bond Referendum ballot initiative committee, member of the Northbrook/Glenview School District #30 Citizens Task Force and member of the District 30 Caucus. Through the Northbrook Park District, he has coached several seasons of youth baseball, basketball and soccer since 2006.
